1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of T's Hot Pot LLC, an Alaska Limited Liability Company, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Customer Policy Agreement Contract. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

T's Hot Pot LLC is a veteran-owned, home-based bakery operating under Alaska state law. We specialize in handcrafted pastries, custom cakes, and artisanal baked goods with 5-star quality and exceptional service.

Professional Insurance Coverage

T's Hot Pot LLC maintains comprehensive business insurance coverage through Next First Insurance Agency, Inc.

This professional insurance coverage protects our customers and operations, ensuring peace of mind for all business transactions and services.

Licensed Business Operations

T's Hot Pot LLC is properly licensed under the Municipality of Anchorage, Alaska with License Number: 2223307, ensuring full compliance with local business regulations.

Food Safety Certifications

Our operations are conducted by certified food handlers with multiple certifications. T's Hot Pot LLC maintains current Municipality of Anchorage Food Handler Certification Number: 22-341148 and ServSafe Certification Number: 25032948, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and sanitation in all our baking processes.

Alaska Cottage Food Law Compliance

As a home-based bakery operating under Alaska's cottage food law, T's Hot Pot LLC is not permitted to sell or ship products outside the state of Alaska. This restriction is mandated by Alaska state regulations governing cottage food operations. We can only serve customers within Alaska through pickup and local delivery options. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to out-of-state customers.

3. Booking & Deposit Policy

All orders must be placed with 3 weeks advance notice of the desired due date.

No deposit = no order. Your deposit secures your booking and is 50% of the total cost.
Deposits must be received within 24-48 hours of inquiry. Otherwise, your date becomes available to others.
Emergency accommodations may be possible at T's Hot Pot LLC's discretion.
Pickup address will be shared the night/morning before your agreed pickup time. If the agreed time no longer works, contact us to reschedule.
If a customer fails to communicate that the agreed pickup window no longer works and is more than 15 minutes late, a $25 late fee will be added to the final handoff total (the remaining 50% of the order cost).
Once the product is picked up or received, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure it maintains its quality and condition.

4. Delivery Policy

Delivery Charges:

• Within 10-mile radius: Flat rate of $30
• Outside 10-mile radius: $30 base + $2 per mile beyond 10 miles

Local delivery is subject to availability and depends on our schedule and workload. Nationwide shipping is available for 1-tier cakes, cake sample boxes, cake pops, and table treats only.

5. Return & Cancellation Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, the refund policy lasts 3 days from the pickup/delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition it was received.
No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction due to taste or preference.
Cancellations for decorated items must be made at least 4 business days before the scheduled pickup.
Store credit (no cash refunds) will be issued with proper notice. Credit expires 1 year from issue.
No refunds for missed pickups. If remade later, the order must be repaid.

6. Customer Policy Agreement Contract

All customers must sign our Customer Policy Agreement Contract before production begins. This contract includes detailed booking, return, cancellation policies, and liability disclaimers. The signed contract is required to secure your order and begin the custom creation process.

7. Insurance and Liability Coverage

Professional Insurance Protection

T's Hot Pot LLC maintains comprehensive business insurance coverage through Next First Insurance Agency, Inc. This professional insurance provides protection for both our business operations and our valued customers.

Our insurance coverage includes general liability protection, ensuring that we operate with the highest standards of professional responsibility and customer protection.

Once the product has been picked up or delivered, T's Hot Pot LLC is no longer responsible for the condition, transportation, or handling of the item. Any damage, alteration, or deterioration that occurs after the product leaves our care is the sole responsibility of the customer.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alaska. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alaska.

11. Changes to Terms

T's Hot Pot LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions and our exchange/return policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
